1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FriendHRM platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. SaaS License

FriendHRM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services during the term of your active subscription for your internal business operations.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. SLA and Availability

We target high availability for the platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via the Super Admin portal announcements at least 48 hours in advance.
