FriendHRM User Manual
Manage providers, security, readiness, and evidence
Use platform provider, security, readiness, and evidence controls to make bounded operational decisions without confusing implementation evidence with release or external certification.
Intended audience
- SuperAdmin
Where to find it
SuperAdmin → Provider accounts, Security, or Readiness.
Before you start
- Provider accounts, platform security, readiness, and evidence controls depend on the designated platform role, the relevant service scope, and the current governance state.
Steps
- 1
Select the exact operating scope
Identify the provider, tenant, country, currency, plan, service, release, or infrastructure context before reviewing readiness or taking an action.
- 2
Review the current evidence
Use the product’s current evidence, status, and approval record to decide whether the requested action is available and within scope.
- 3
Make or escalate the governed decision
Complete the provided workflow or escalate to the designated owner when approval, evidence, or scope is incomplete, expired, withdrawn, or unavailable.
Expected result
Provider and readiness work remains evidence-bound, and the product does not expose a broader conclusion than the current record supports.
Status and evidence
- Phase 10 workspaces fail closed: the narrowest current status, scope, and evidence record controls what can be used or shown.
- Draft, review, expired, withdrawn, or missing evidence does not authorize publication or production activation.
- Approval applies only to its recorded tenant, country, provider, currency, plan, document, claim, and release scope.
- Code complete or repository-verified records implementation evidence; neither status alone means release, external, or launch certification.

These destinations are verified against the current product navigation or route record. They remain subject to sign-in, feature, tenant, role, and data-scope checks.
Common problems
A readiness or provider action is unavailable.
Check the recorded scope, current status, evidence expiry, and required reviewer. A fail-closed state should be escalated, not worked around.
