Review team sentiment and performance responsibly

Use team sentiment and performance views to support timely, fair follow-up while respecting role, record, and data-scope boundaries.

Intended audience

  • Admin
  • HR
  • Manager

Where to find it

Dashboard → Manager workspace → Team sentiment or Team performance.

Before you start

  • Team sentiment and performance views depend on assigned teams, tenant configuration, and the visibility controls on each underlying record.

Steps

  1. 1

    Open the relevant team view

Choose the team sentiment or performance workspace that applies to the assigned team and current task.

  2. 2

    Interpret signals with context

Review the available context, trend, and assignment before deciding whether to coach, escalate, or use an established performance workflow.

  3. 3

    Follow the governed next step

Use one-to-ones, coaching, HR processes, or formal performance workflows as appropriate instead of treating a signal as a final finding.

Expected result

Team signals inform a proportionate next step while data visibility and sensitive record handling remain controlled by the product and tenant policy.

These destinations are verified against the current product navigation or route record. They remain subject to sign-in, feature, tenant, role, and data-scope checks.

Common problems

A chart, team member, or performance item is not visible.

Confirm the reporting relationship and current record visibility with HR or Admin rather than requesting broad access to all team data.
