FriendHRM User Manual
Manage tenants and packages
Use SuperAdmin tenant and package controls to manage platform configuration through approved, auditable changes rather than informal or cross-tenant workarounds.
Intended audience
- SuperAdmin
Where to find it
SuperAdmin → Tenants, Packages, or Billing.
Before you start
- Tenant, package, plan, and billing controls are platform functions. Their effective state may depend on approval, current commercial configuration, and recorded evidence.
Steps
- 1
Open the correct tenant or package record
Confirm the tenant and intended commercial or operational purpose before reviewing or editing a platform record.
- 2
Make an evidence-bound change
Use the product’s current draft, review, approval, or publication path and record the reason required by the workflow.
- 3
Verify the effective state
Check the published or active state and its scope after the workflow completes; do not infer activation from a saved draft.
Expected result
The platform record changes only through the available governed path, with an effective state that can be checked against its scope and evidence.
Status and evidence
- A saved draft, seeded record, or completed code path is not permission to publish, activate, or claim certification.

These destinations are verified against the current product navigation or route record. They remain subject to sign-in, feature, tenant, role, and data-scope checks.
Common problems
A tenant or package change is not active after saving.
Review the record status, approval requirements, and effective scope rather than retrying the change or editing a different tenant.
