- Customer operations, lifecycle acceptance, provider accounts, commercial controls, reports, and analytics have separate role, tenant, plan, and evidence boundaries.

Choose the authoritative workspace
Open the workflow, report, customer, provider, commercial, or analytics page that matches the task rather than treating a summary view as an approval surface.

Verify scope before acting
Check tenant, customer, provider, plan, country, and recorded evidence before accepting a lifecycle step, changing a provider setting, or using a commercial control.

Use maker/checker controls
Where the product requires review, evidence, or a separate approver, complete that governed path and leave an auditable record of the decision.
Expected result
Operational work remains inside the correct tenant and role boundary, and the current status and evidence—not a draft or inferred state—controls what can be used.

- A saved draft, seeded record, or completed code path is not permission to publish, activate, or claim certification.

Common problems
A provider, lifecycle, commercial, or report control is hidden or access denied.
Confirm whether the control requires Admin, a tenant entitlement, a current evidence record, or an approved configuration. Do not bypass the restriction with another user’s session.
